This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of AI Business OS. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
This AUP is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all users.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use AI Business OS to plan, build, automate, or operate:
Illegal Activity
- Any business that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws
- Unlicensed financial services (lending, money transmission, securities, etc.)
- Unlicensed practice of regulated professions (law, medicine, accounting, etc.)
- Sale of controlled substances, counterfeit goods, or stolen property
- Human trafficking, child exploitation, or any abuse of minors
- Illegal gambling or unlicensed gaming operations
Fraud and Deception
- Scams, Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or MLM schemes that promise unrealistic returns
- Fake reviews, fake testimonials, or astroturfing
- False income claims or unverified earnings guarantees
- Phishing, identity theft, or social engineering
- Fraudulent grant applications or loan applications
- Impersonation of real people, businesses, or institutions
- Deceptive marketing or false advertising
Harmful Content
- Content that harasses, threatens, or defames specific individuals
- Hate speech, incitement to violence, or discriminatory content
- Sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance — accounts terminated immediately and reported to authorities)
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Content that promotes self-harm or suicide
- Doxxing or sharing of private information without consent
Spam and Abuse
- Mass unsolicited email or SMS campaigns
- Bot networks or automated abuse
- Account farming or referral abuse
- Coordinated inauthentic behavior
- Excessive automation designed to circumvent rate limits
Technical Abuse
- Malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious code
- Unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Scraping our prompts, scoring algorithms, or proprietary workflows
- Reverse engineering the Service
- DDoS attacks, security probing, or destructive testing
- Bypassing security measures, rate limits, or tier restrictions
- Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or limits
Misuse of AI
- Generating content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Creating deepfakes or non-consensual synthetic media
- Generating disinformation or election interference content
- Using AI outputs to mislead users about professional credentials
- Generating content that violates third-party terms of service
Regulated Industries
If your business operates in a regulated industry, you must:
- Comply with all applicable licensing and regulatory requirements
- Obtain professional licenses where required (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
- Use AI Business OS as a planning tool only, not as a substitute for compliance work
- Consult licensed professionals before acting on AI-generated outputs
Regulated industries include but are not limited to:
- Financial services, lending, securities, insurance
- Healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals
- Legal services, immigration services
- Real estate, mortgage lending
- Government contracting, defense
- Cannabis, alcohol, tobacco, firearms
- Gambling, gaming
- Children's products and services
- Cryptocurrency and digital assets
Public Sharing Responsibility
If you use the public sharing feature, you are solely responsible for content you publish:
- Do not share confidential business information you don't own
- Do not share personal information about others without consent
- Do not publish content that violates this AUP
- Do not represent AI-generated content as endorsed by AI Business OS or any third party
- We may remove public content that violates this AUP
Enforcement
We may, in our discretion:
- Investigate suspected violations
- Remove content that violates this AUP
- Suspend accounts pending investigation
- Terminate accounts permanently for serious or repeated violations
- Report illegal activity to law enforcement
- Cooperate with legal process and regulatory inquiries
We are not obligated to provide warnings before taking action. Severity of action depends on the nature and severity of the violation.

If you become aware of violations of this AUP, report them to:

Please include:
- Description of the violation
- Account or content involved (if known)
- Any supporting information
We investigate all reports and act on credible reports promptly.
Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. The most current version is always at /legal/acceptable-use.
